When you take part in meetings, sessions, hearings, or in-person or virtual interactions, your image and voice may also be collected and, where applicable, audio and/or video recordings, among other data strictly necessary for the purposes set forth below.
Sensitive data: Where necessary due to the nature of the matter, sensitive data contained in the documentation of the dispute or in the data subject’s statements may be processed, such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference. Financial or asset-related data may also be collected, such as banking, tax, and billing information and proof of payment. In the case of minors, the data of the father, mother, or legal guardian will also be collected. In the case of foreign nationals, a passport, visa, immigration form, or other documents evidencing identity, nationality, and legal stay in the country may also be requested.
If we do not have your personal data, we would not be able to properly provide you with the goods and/or services you require from us, inform you of changes to them, or meet your needs appropriately; therefore, SARAGO and its group of companies would bear no liability arising therefrom.

SARAGO and its group of companies will collect your personal data with no intention of disclosing it, and it will be used to comply with the obligations arising from the legal relationship established with each data subject, as well as to address applicable legal and administrative requirements. Scheduling and holding in-person or virtual meetings, hearings, or sessions.
Complying with legal and contractual obligations and maintaining communication related to the services.

Additionally, provided the data subject does not express an objection, your personal data may be processed for marketing, advertising, and commercial prospecting purposes, including sending information about our services, promotions, newsletters, events, invitations, satisfaction surveys, informational content, institutional updates, and activities related to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
